The project goal was to create a Pet Sitting Mobile App in order to help pet owners to find and book pet sitting services. With the growing demand for reliable and convenient pet care services, PetNanny aims to connect pet owners with pet sitters or caregivers through its digital platform.
It is designed to streamline the process of finding and booking pet sitting services. PetNanny focuses on offering four key services for pet owners, supported by advanced search filtering features. These features make it easier for pet owners to find one perfect pet sitter.
Due to the limited timeframe for this project (10 weeks), I focused on two core user activities. The 1st user’s task flow is to find and contact a pet sitter for one of the services (Drop-in visits) using advanced search. Тhe 2nd flow is to manage and update “My Profile” as well as “Pet’s Profile” through “My Account” page.
